If you want to receive emails when the forum changes, you want to set yourself up for "notifications."The two most convenient uses for this capability are: a) "Email me when someone using the board sends me a message (a.k.a. a "private message" or "PM") b) "Email me when something in my breakout group's board changes (but don't bother me about changes in other boards)" Change your notifications by making the following clicks: ..."Profile" from the main menu (above, right under the board name "Actiontaskforce") ..."Edit Profile" in the upper right corner ...“Notifications” in the tabbed menu from the next display Scroll down to the "Personal Message" item ...click to set the square box under "Forum" to "on" and select "instant" from the pull down on the right. Scroll down to the "Bookmark" item ...click to set the square box to "on" and select "weekly" or "smart"* The forum automatically saves each of these changes. For more details, see the "HOW TO GET NOTIFICATIONS OF MEETINGS " section in our Forum Users Manual
*“Smart” causes the forum to send you only one notifications for all changes until you visit the board again.
